Took an upstate getaway at Tuthilltown Grist Mill
, makers of Hudson Valley's finest whiskey, and local spirits.
origins, surveying a history in voicing the public's taste(buds).
Also, met with Chefs in Schools, explored the new directions in Corporate Cafeterias, and visited Central Park to Forage with "Wildman" Steve Brill
