EDIBLE BROOKLYN Spring 2008
EDIBLE BROOKLYN Spring 2008 has sprung.
A tasting with Mast Brothers Chocolate, touring Moore Street Market, a ginseng soju-tini cocktail at Moim, Andrew Sarno on his tractor, A "Back of the House" look at Tanoreen in Bay Ridge (the best Middle Eastern food I've ever encountered), and a day with knifemaker Joel Bukiewicz of Cut Brooklyn.
