Ted Allen's Food Detectives

Marco Pierre White and Anthony Bourdain with Ted Allen

Ted Allen and Charlie Trotter

A pleasant and refreshing surprise to meet Ted Allen at this year's StarChefs ICC 2008 (more photos of this event to come). I mention this because his Food Detectives show has been graced with another season, one that I feel should garner more support from the working food community. So all you eccentric gastronomists, chefs, and foodies alike, please write into Ted and his show to see your questions answered.
