meatpaper Issue 2

All -Vores (i.e. carnivore, herbivore, localvore), should "meat" the new magazine in food culture. meatpaper feeds us with literary brawn and sustenance that roughage can't provide.
I photographed for the "Hang Your Hams: New York chefs take the air cure" piece in Issue 2, written by Traci Vogel.
